Tears V




It's good to remember that it's ok to cry,
to feel sad
and angry
and raw.
In these moments we know that we are alive,
living
and
breathing
and feeling...
Emotions are normal:
don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
Don't listen to the "don't cry"s;
let the tears fall because they are real,
you feelings are real
and they aren't a sign of weakness...
I promise.






ps... i'm not permanently in tears... i just reflect (alot) on the moments when i am sad... moments that are brief but powerful and, hopefully, strengthening.
